1. Who we are
ZookaLinx is made by BrainCreativesIT, Calgary, Alberta, Canada ("we"). These terms govern your use of the ZookaLinx apps, website and services.
2. Your account
Keep your password and authenticator codes private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and on the devices you add to it.
3. Plans and use
The Personal plan is free for personal, non-commercial use. Using ZookaLinx for work, for clients or in a business requires a paid plan (Pro, Team or Business). Plan limits (devices, sessions at once, seats) are shown on the pricing page.
4. Payments
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe.
5. Acceptable use
Only connect to devices you own or are allowed to access. Never use ZookaLinx to access a computer without its owner's permission, to scam, or for anything illegal. We suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep the service available but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, ZookaLinx is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll tell account holders about important changes by e-mail before they apply.
